As a graduate of Adelphi University’s Social Work program, I pride myself on working with individuals and customizing their therapy experience to meet their unique needs. It is of the utmost importance to me that the individuals I work with feel that they are heard. I believe that everyone has a multitude of strengths that help to distinguish each persons’ capabilities in coping and rising above whatever issue is presently causing distress. Through various psychotherapy approaches I will work with you to identify those strengths and to use them to their fullest capacity. My experience includes working with school age children, adolescents and their families to identify family dynamics that may be causing distress and dysfunction, as well as, behavior management, conflict resolution and the development of coping strategies. I am also experienced in working with adults in areas including anxiety, depression, relationship dysfunction, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Making the decision to seek help is the first step in the unlimited progress in your future, take a moment to be proud of your decision, and I look forward to working with you in the future.
