As a graduate from New York University’s Social Work Program, I work diligently with individuals to identify and discover who they are, through a unique experience tailored to their needs. Change is a process that often requires a plan of action, and sometimes taking the first step in implementing change can be the hardest part. If you are ready, I am here to help. I focus my work on developing individualized treatment plans by using a strengths based perspective. By focusing on what you can do, rather than what you may struggle with, together, we can promote change. By using treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and other psychotherapy approaches, I am able to help my clients achieve their goals. In therapy, you and I will work together to identify coping skills, and uncover your inner strengths. My experience ranges from working with children, adolescents, and adults in individualized capacities. I am experienced in working with areas including anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, relationship struggles, and self-identity. I also have experience in working with individuals who have experienced emotional /physical/sexual trauma. My goal is to create an environment where each individual feels validated, understood, and safe. Together, we will work to connect and identify your own innate wisdom.
