I am an MSW intern through SUNY Binghamton University with experience working with diverse client needs in mental health to support individuals in their personal growth and recovery. I seek to create safe, empowering spaces where participants feel heard, understood, and encouraged to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. With a previous MS in Higher Education Administration, I also have a strong interest in assisting clients with transitions throughout the life span as well as challenges specific to young adults and career development.
I have a strong passion for supporting families of children with special needs, and am dedicated to fostering connection and providing guidance for parents navigating complex emotional and practical concerns. I believe in the power of advocacy and education to help individuals and families make informed decisions, build resilience, and strengthen their support systems. I also understand the unique pressures of the sandwich generation-balancing caregiving for both children and aging parents-and desire to help families develop strategies for maintaining well-being and support systems, and improve communication. Other areas l wish to support clients include: Anxiety, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB: hair pulling, skin picking), Eating and Elimination Disorders, among others.
